How much will this cost?

It’s free to get started on Lutzy and we charge a 0% fee for you to sell on our platform. Yes, you read that correctly, 0%. We can't promise it will always be 0%, but we want to create a win-win scenario for everyone during this time.

How will you market my items to customers?

We have removed the scrolling exhaustion that occurs while shopping online. Our system knows a consumer's style persona and lifestyle, making the shopping experience more enjoyable. This enables us the ability to recommend your items to specific style personas based on their upcoming events.

How do I get started?

Register here and an associate will reach out to guide you through this process. All we need is online access to the inventory you would like to sell and a few other basic pieces of information.

 

Payment

How quickly do I get paid?

You can choose to be paid bi-weekly on a direct deposit basis or by check.

How does the payment process work?

Lutzy handles the transactions. Customers can save their billing information in our app – so it’s easier for them to order again and again. We send you the order total, via your preferred form of payment. You will never pay us anything for any reason; we will always be paying you.

 

Orders

How do I receive orders?

By receiving an email and through our online website, which you can access from any device with an internet connection. We will also very soon be able to send orders to your point-of-sale system. Stay tuned for this update!

Can I refuse or modify orders?

Yes. You can “start/stop” receiving orders or modify them via your online portal. Our 24/7 customer service team can also assist with live orders.

Do you change my prices?

Yes. We will sell it for the max value that we can, but no more than the suggested retail price and no less than the minimum list price that you provide to us.
